If you have been blessed with the ability to set an example for people, put it to its best use and use it to be an example for God and Jesus.  All that we have is from God, and the ability to reach hundreds or thousands of people is a blessing.  Be the example for young people that will give them confidence and integrity to live by, God does have His eye on you.  You have that blessing, how are YOU going to use it?  Act like you are always being watched, because in truth, you are.
